Dashboard tweaks
- Fixed submit button on checkin not enabling when adding a valid default end date.
- Disabled “This week” dropdown nav link on Dashboard when on current week.
- Remember and reuse the last used project ID on checkins.
- Fixed adjacent time card blocks showing wrong end times.
